Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
We deliver worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order.
Orders of €150.00 or more are shipped free of charge.
Deliveries abroad:
The following table shows the shipping costs depending on the destination country and the order value:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway or the USA), import charges (customs duty and import VAT) may also apply. These are collected by the parcel service on delivery and must be paid by you.
Delivery times
Every necklace is handmade after your order has been received. Production takes 2 to 3 working days, after which your order is shipped with DHL including tracking.
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 3 to 6 working days, within the EU within 4 to 8 working days, to the United Kingdom and Norway within 4 to 6 working days, to Switzerland within 5 to 8 working days and overseas within 6 to 10 working days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together in one parcel unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
