Orders
As long as the necklace hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and we will adjust the length, color or address.
Each necklace comes in a black box with a card and care cloth. So you can give them as gifts straight away.
This only happens if a payment doesn't go through or a stone is actually no longer there. In both cases you will receive a message from us.
Yes. Everything from an order goes out in one package as soon as the last piece is finished. For multiple chains, production rarely takes longer than 3 working days.
Send us a photo with your order number and we will exchange the item or repair it. We'll take care of it before you have to send anything back.
Shipping and returns
We deliver worldwide. Germany €4.95, free from an order value of €150. Europe €6.95, free from €170. US €35. All other countries €10.
Carola makes your necklace in 2 to 3 working days, then it goes out with DHL and tracking number. As soon as the package is on the way, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking.
After shipping, the chain will usually be with you in Germany after 1 to 3 working days, in the EU after 2 to 5, in Great Britain and Norway after 2 to 3, in Switzerland after 3 to 5, overseas after 4 to 7 working days.
Yes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Write to us or click on “cancel contract” in the footer. The return shipment goes to Carola's studio in Oberhausen, you bear the costs.
As soon as the chain has arrived with us, no later than 14 days after your cancellation, in the same way you paid.
Import taxes and customs fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland and countries outside the EU. You pay this to the parcel service upon delivery; we do not handle customs clearance. Please contact your customs office in advance.

Yes. Each stone is a natural stone, not glass and not an imitation. If a stone has been treated, for example aquamarine by heat or turquoise by stabilization, this is stated openly on the product page.
From different regions of the world known for their minerals. Every product page states where each stone comes from.
Almost. Every natural stone has its own color nuances and inclusions, which is why no two are alike Pendant the other. Size, shape and color direction correspond to the photo.
After wearing, wipe briefly with the care cloth and store in a dry place. It is best to avoid perfume, creams, salt and chlorinated water. Silver tarnishes over time, you can polish it up again with the cloth.
Easy, yes. Natural stones differ in color, structure and transparency, and screens display colors differently. The color direction is always right.
Many stones have traditional meanings assigned to them, for example aquamarine as the seafarers' stone. These are traditions, not proven effects. We sell jewelry, not medicine.
The birthstone is the most personal choice, the table in the Signature collection shows you the right necklace for each month. Amethyst, rose quartz, rock crystal and aquamarine are popular.
Yes. Carola checks each stone for color and clarity before stringing it, and each finished necklace again before it goes into the box.
A thick layer of 14k gold firmly bonded to the core. Unlike thin gold plating, it does not wear off after a few months but retains its warm tone for years. Silver versions are made of 925 sterling silver.
45 cm is the standard length and is just below the collarbone. 40 cm sits slightly higher on the neck and is suitable for combining with a longer chain. You can find instructions for measuring in the journal.
