All Artworks Are Packed Flat and Securely in Narrow Boxes to Ensure They Arrive to You In Perfect Condition.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have the right to with -right from the contract with 30 Days Without Giving Any Reason. If 30 Days have passed your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a return or Exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging preferred. Additionally, we request a recitipt or proof of purchase to complete the Return Process.
Repayment
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receives all payments, Excluding Any Delivery Charges Within Fourte Days Back. We will pay you back with the same Currency with what you have paid, unless another method aggreed with us.

To initiator a return, please send an email to carola.schade91@gmail.com with your order Number including the Model Form for Withdrawal. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the Shipping Costs for Returning the Item, as Shipping Costs are non-Refundable.
Refunds for Returns
Upon Receiving Your Return, we will send you an email confirming its recePT. We will proceed to review your return and notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Refunds or replacements for damaged items
In the event that your item Arrives damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a partial refund of the item cost, depending on the Severity of the Damage. To initiative this process, please send an email to carola.schade91@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Incorrect item receiven
In case you received an incorrect item due to our error, we will take Take Care of all expenses to send you the correct item. Please Information Us Within 5 Business Day from the Day You Received the Wrong Item. If you prefer to keep the incorrect item, we will offer you a gift card as a gesture of apology.
Item not delivered by your local post
In the event that your Local Post Failed to Deliver Your Order Because No One was Available to Receive It, Or You Failed to Pick It Up From The Post Office Within the Stulated Time, the Parcel Will Usually Be Returned to Us. Once we receives it, you are entitled to a refund for your order minus the shipping fairy. Alternativeely, you can opt to have your order resaiped, but you will be request to cover the shipping fairy.
If your order has been missing for over 8 Weeks Past the Estimated Delivery Date and Has Not Been Returned to Us, We Cannot Accept Your Claim As Our Chanances of Finding Your Parcel Are Practical Zero. To avoid search scenarios, it's always best to get in touch with us soon rather than we can lodge a Claim with the carrier.
Please note that if you proved the wrong shipping address, and we delivered to the wrong address proved, we will be undle to refund your order or shipping costs.
Refunds or replacements for items deemed as lost in transit
If your parcel is determined to be free transit, we offer Two options: a full refund of your order or a replacement order. In the event that you received the parcel after the refund has been processed and decide to return the order, we will gladly process a refund. At our store, we sell digital products which can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Therefore, No Physical Shipping or Delivery is requested.
