Shipping and Processing Time

Generell information
All of my artworks are shipped around the world.
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days unless otherwise stated.
My current courier is Deutsche Post (germany) or La Poste (France). Above a minimum order value of 50€ they will provide you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped, to the email you supply at checkout.

Packaging
All my packaging is 99.9% plastic-free and compostable or recyclable.

All jewelry is shipped in a shipping bag with corrugated cardboard.
All artworks are packed flat and securely in narrow boxes to  ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. 

Shipping time
Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or customs. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

We would like to inform you that when ordering items for international delivery, you may be responsible for paying taxes and duties upon receipt of your package. This includes any applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, or any other charges that may be imposed by your country's customs agency.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging preferred. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

Repayment

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, excluding any delivery charges within fourteen days back. We will pay you back with the same currency with which you have paid, unless another method agreed with us.

Shipping
To initiate a return, please send an email to carola.schade91@gmail.com with your order number included and the Model form for withdrawal. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for returns
Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. We will then proceed to review your return and notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refunds or replacements for damaged items 
In the event that your item arrives damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a partial refund of the item cost, depending on the severity of the damage. To initiate this process, please send an email to carola.schade91@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Incorrect item received
In case you received an incorrect item due to our error, we will take care of all expenses to send you the correct item. Please inform us within 5 business days from the day you received the wrong item. If you prefer to keep the incorrect item, we will offer you a gift card as a gesture of apology.

Item not delivered by your local post 
In the event that your local post failed to deliver your order because no one was available to receive it, or you failed to pick it up from the post office within the stipulated time, the parcel will usually be returned to us. Once we receive it, you are entitled to a refund for your order minus the shipping fee. Alternatively, you can opt to have your order reshipped, but you will be required to cover the shipping fee.

If your order has been missing for over 8 weeks past the estimated delivery date and has not been returned to us, we cannot accept your claim as our chances of finding your parcel are practically zero. To avoid such scenarios, it's always best to get in touch with us sooner rather than later so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.

Please note that if you provided the wrong shipping address, and we delivered to the wrong address provided, we will be unable to refund your order or shipping costs.

Refunds or replacements for items deemed as lost in transit
If your parcel is determined to be lost during transit, we offer two options: a full refund of your order or a replacement order. In the event that you receive the parcel after the refund has been processed and decide to return the order, we will gladly process a refund. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support, especially during the past two challenging years for small businesses. 


Policy for Digital Products
At our store, we sell digital products which can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery is required.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing a download link for your purchased digital product(s). If you have any issues downloading your product, please reach out to our customer service team at carola.schade91@gmail.com.

Please note that all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
